Susanne needed a needed a logo and website that was versatile enough to use for all types of business and branding uses like business cards and websites while also portraying a personal, feminine and modern image for her personal concierge service.
Susanne engaged my services to help develop the logo for her business and help put together a website. I started with an interview asking Susanne who she saw her main clientele would be and what image she wanted to portray. Then I started by finding a color palette. After providing her with a couple options we agreed on a muted color palette with the main color being a dusty pink. Next we moved on to finding the logo. I created a few options using Adobe Illustrator. Ultimately we landed on the logo you see above because it spoke to the home based services she provides and also is a reference to her own last name "House." The handmade feel of the image is offset by a clean san-serif typeface. We worked closes on this project over the space of two weeks and I sought frequent feedback from Susanne to keep her engaged in the logo creation to make sure she got exactly what she wanted while also ending up with a beautiful clean logo.
